Painting Concrete and Masonry Wall

Many of the basement walls are usually made of concrete or masonry block. In most of the cases the concrete and masonry remain completely dry. The plus point is that if there is no water problem a simple paint job can make the wall look good. You can buy normal paints or you can also go for dry power paint that you need to mix with the water before you apply the paint on the wall. Before painting the wall, make sure that the surface is flat and smooth. Also ensure that the wall is clean and completely free of dirt, oil etc. Fill the cracks with cement. Now you can paint the concrete or masonry wall.
